Polka Dot Garden in Hoboken

Where's the river? - Jessica's brother

True story.

Hoboken, New Jersey is a great spot for the quaint.  It's yuppie, young, and fun.  There's GreenRock, McSwiggans, and other cheap bars to watch the sports game and laugh the night off with friends.  I work in Hoboken, and I love everyday stepping off the Path train into beauty.

There was an article recently on that spoke about Hoboken ferry owners who want to cultivate a polka dot garden on the waterfront pier.

Now, I don't know how tires look like polka dots but I guess if you're flying over the Hudson River, somehow, in some way, these tires would look like polka dots.
